The link below allows you to advise the court that you and the other party in a Misdemeanor Pretrial matter have reached an agreement to continue or withdraw a motion or petition and do not intend to further argue the matter at your upcoming hearing. 

You may also use this form when you have a remote appearance, and you would like the court to call your matter before contested matters because you have a full agreement, settlement, or stipulated continuance. By completing this process, the court will not read the pleadings before your upcoming hearing.

This form only applies to matters set in the Misdemeanor Pretrial Calendar. This form cannot be used for any specialty calendars (such as DUI court or mental health court).
This form is intended solely to advise the court that all parties on the case have reached an agreement to continue or withdraw a motion or petition.  You must still appear at your hearing as a judicial decision still must be made.
